We're excited to share with you the latest research on belly fat reduction. A recent study published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism found that a combination of diet and exercise can lead to significant reductions in visceral fat.

The study, which involved over 100 participants, showed that those who followed a calorie-restricted diet and engaged in regular physical activity were able to reduce their belly fat by an average of 10% over a period of 12 weeks.
